metropolitan cities of Lagos and Port Harcourt. These social events attract
tons of residents and visitors in town, enlisting Abuja as one to places to

Lifestyle Fair:
The Fusion Lifestyle Fair is a quarterly marketing
and shopping event that brings together fashion and lifestyle vendors with
several food related businesses to display and sell their goods to Abuja
consumers. This fair has become one of the most popular events in Abuja, as it has become a place for networking in the
Abuja community.
The fair is usually held at the BMO events
centre at River Plate Park, Wuse 2. It is a 2 day event usually held on
Saturday and Sunday of the 3rd weekend in the month which is has been scheduled
to hold. The most recent one was held on
the 13th of March, 2016, the fair has metamorphosed into the biggest marketing
and sales event in the Federal Capital Territory and it looks like it will
remain this way for a long time, as many more people love the idea of shopping
and networking with family and friends.

Market Place Abuja:
It is one of the most popular social events held every first Saturdays of the month between 10am and 7pm at the City Park in Wuse 2. The Designers Market Place creates a platform for fashion enthusiasts and business owners to meet. It has been recorded that over 5,000 people visit the event venue monthly. This event is the perfect way to let several people know about your product and services.

Tech Village 2016:
This is a two weeks training program
organized by firstin in partnership with the Young Innovators of Nigeria. This
event has been scheduled for 19th to 30th of September, 2016 at Jisalo Hall-Apo
resettlement Zone A, in order to train a thousand Abuja youths in Technology
and Skills for the purpose of empowerment, sustenance and self-reliance.

French movies subtitled in English are shown to the public for free every Thursdays. Movie time is 7 PM at the the French Cultural Centre (Insitut Francais du Nigeria) on Librevillle Street.
